Where do I find my Order ID?
Your Order ID was included in your purchase confirmation email. It starts with a series of letters and numbers.
Where do I find my Payment ID?
Paid orders include a Stripe Payment ID (usually starting with "pi_") in your receipt email. Free promo orders won't have one, so use your Order ID instead.
